Customer John B : "My son Alex took the boat to and from Isle Royale this September and had a great time backpacking on the island. Our luck turned bad when it was time to return home. A storm came in and kept the Isle Royale Queen from returning to Copper Harbor for two days. Then when we did make land the power steering pump on Alex's Jeep was broken. We limped into Houghton and took the vehicle to Keweenaw Automotive and they were great! Roger dropped what he was doing to help us travelers in distress. I needed to get back down state, and we were not able to drive the Jeep in its current condition. Thanks to the KA team they got the power steering fixed and on the way!" (October 2009)
